Valonu Dairy Farm brings generations of traditional dairy craftsmanship to its A2 Gir Cow Ghee. Prepared from cultured curd through the Vedic Bilona method, the ghee is hand-churned with a sheesham-wood churner. Valonu works with indigenous, free-grazing and herb-fed Gir cows in Gujarat.
